Crescent Roll Cream Cheese Sausage

This is a pretty basic/standard recipe I first saw at a “Summer Camp” I went to in 2018.
“Idiot 1/2” cooked it and it was great at the time and still is.

Ingredients Method

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cresent rolls (triangle things)
  • 1 sausage (sage)
  • 1 philly cream cheese (8 oz – room temperature or microwaved)

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven per instructions for crescent rolls (normally 350°F)
  2. Cook and drain the sausage and mix with the cream cheese
  3. Put maybe two tablespoons of mixture in thick end of crescent roll and roll up
  4. Bring the small end on top to look good
  5. Do the full package (there's 8 rolls in the packages I'm used to)
  6. Cook per instructions for crescent rolls
  7. If you're careful with the amount you use per roll you can get 24 rolls (3 packages) out of the mixture
    Or easily get two packages with some mixture left to snack on
